TXE is an independent production company based in NYC focused on developing and producing original films, television and podcasts. Founded in 2020 by filmmaker Christian Nilsson, TXE was established to bring Nilsson’s own projects to life and has since expanded to deliver subversive, character-driven stories with a unique creative vision.

TXE’s work includes the recently completed feature film Westhampton (starring Finn Wittrock, RJ Mitte, Jake Weary, Amy Forsyth, and Tovah Feldshuh), the micro-budget pandemic thriller Dashcam (2021), and the viral $0-budget short film Unsubscribe (2020), which became the #1 movie at the U.S. box office at the height of the the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nilsson’s screenplay Paparazzo was included on the 2024 Black List and is being produced in partnership with Passage Pictures.
